1. Our commitment
We want you to be satisfied with your Lawnova program. This policy explains cancellations and refunds. [All windows/percentages below are placeholders for owner + counsel to finalize.]
2. Cancellation by you
- Before the program starts / before accessing materials: full refund within [14] days of purchase if you have not substantially accessed course content.
- After accessing materials but early: [partial/pro-rated] refund at our discretion.
- After substantial completion or once a certificate is issued: no refund.
3. How to request
Email hello@lawnova.org with your account email and program. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [10] business days.
4. Cancellation or rescheduling by Lawnova
If we cancel or materially reschedule a program, you may transfer to another cohort or receive a full refund.
5. Chargebacks & disputes
