Refunds & Cancellation

1. Our commitment

We want you to be satisfied with your Lawnova program. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

2. Cancellation by you

• Before the program starts / before accessing materials: full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially accessed course content.
• After accessing materials but early: a pro-rated refund for the portion of the program you have not yet accessed.
• After substantial completion or once a certificate is issued: no refund.

3. How to request

Email hello@lawnova.org with your account email and program. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

4. Cancellation or rescheduling by Lawnova

If we cancel or materially reschedule a program, you may transfer to another cohort or receive a full refund.

5. Chargebacks & disputes

Please contact us first so we can resolve issues directly. Disputes are governed by our Terms of Use: Colorado law, with the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado.
