No. This Level Two program is open to law students, lawyers, and supervised paralegals. Foundations (Level One) or equivalent experience is the prerequisite, since the drafting work assumes you already understand responsible-use basics.
The certificate verifies completion of a private professional training program. Certain live cohort sessions may separately qualify for CLE in specific jurisdictions when explicitly marked — we're pursuing approvals in Colorado, California, New York, and Florida.
Plan for roughly 4–6 hours per week across the live online workshop, the drafting studio, and your weekly deliverable — all remote, around your caseload. The final week adds a capstone submission and your final exam: a live oral defense with faculty over video conference.
